  • No. ISPBackOffice takes care of the ISP/Hosting infrastructure which you can manage using our web based reseller control panel also known as Chameleon. (pronounced as Ka-Meel-yon)

How much does it cost?
  • It costs just $250 for you to have your own fully automated Hosting and ISP company. Like you, we don't like hidden fees. So we've posted everything you'll have to pay for on our site. All our prices are in our sign up page [here].

If I go with ISPBackOffice, who owns my ISP / Hosting subscribers?
  • You will own your subscribers. Using our Chameleon, you have complete control over your customers.

    ISPBackOffice only provides the infrastructure and the capability for you to sell services such as dialup and hosting accounts.

What are your minimums?
  • You must have at least five (5) paying accounts in your control panel. If you have less that this amount you will be charged a Reseller Maintenance Fee equivalent to the price of 5 dialup accounts of your default network. If your ISP service uses more than one network, the charge will be equivalent to five(5) dialup accounts of the most expensive network.

Can I have signup CDs?
  • Yes. We've partnered with a HotDialPro to build a complete, seamless solution for you to distribute and build customers using a signup CD campaign.

    Using HotDialpro's software, your users are able to signup for a dialup account even if they don't have one already. The same software configures their E-mail account, dialup networking and their browsers for use with your service. HotdialPro bundles other value-added software such as an universally compatible IM Client and POP-up Blocker for the complete AOL™-feel.

    ISPBackOffice provides you with the toll free access numbers and the signup circuit/hardware to facilitate signup.

Can I resell DSL?

Do you support V.92?
  • V.92 support varies depending on the network provider that you choose for your ISP.

Will I need e-commerce software to sell my ISP/Hosting service?
  • No.

    All packages come with an automated billing system that manages the entire procurement process, from signup pages, invoicing, sending receipts and recurring billing.

    The system also takes care of charging credit cards so you don't have pay for a merchant account of your own.

Can I have promos and referral programs for my ISP/Hosting service?
  • Yes. Your account has an automated referral module built-in. It takes care of setting up referral accounts, tracking signups and payments.

    You can customize it to match whatever means of compensation you want to pay your referrers.

    All your referrers get an automatically generated, unique link that they can place on their websites to bring people from their sites to yours.

Can I combine dialup networks?
  • Yes. You will be billed for each network that you user dials and authenticates with.

    During the signup process, your customers will be presented with the numbers of the networks you've chosen to include in your service.

    Your signup page automatically provisions their account only for use with the network of phone number they choose. This protects you from getting double billed. However, you have the capability to switch the user to another network should their current network not have a number in an area they need to dialup from.

Who will provide my customer support?
  • Providing customer support is the single most important service of an ISP, apart from actual connectivity.

    ISPBackOffice can provide your support for you for a one time fee that's a fraction of the cost of hiring just one person on minimum wage. We have several pricing options available to meet any budget.
